East Coast Mermaid Guide to Montreal, Quebec

Ok, so this particular summer destination may not exactly be on the East Coast, but since this series is all about my summer adventures, I figured why not!

As many of you know, in July, I flew up to Montreal for a few days to represent Onboardly at this year’s StartupFest. I had an absolute blast, meeting some really cool startups and listening to some stellar speakers (hi, Alexis Ohanian!)

In my downtime, as always, I made the most of my time in Montreal with some stops along the way at my favorite haunts such as Old Montreal, Rue Saint Catherine, and the Notre-Dame Basilica. On Saturday before flying home, I checked out the Montreal Biodome in the hopes of seeing a sloth (they have six!) but unfortunately, it just wasn’t meant to be. I still got to enjoy some ridiculously cute puffins, penguins, beavers, monkeys, and more!
