Look. I consider myself a bit of a lobster roll connoisseur.

At least in Southeastern & Southern New Brunswick.

I’ve tried nearly all of them.

And trust me when I say, the traditional Maritimer & Salty Pickle Lobster Rolls at Salty C’s are worth the drive to St. Andrews.

Heck, day trip it if you must.

And yes, I went back AGAIN the next day and they are just that gosh darn good you guys.

Excuse me while I go plan our next trip to St. Andrews for more lobster rolls 🙋🏼‍♀️

I’m still riding the wave that was this year’s Southwest Business Summit in St. Andrews by-the-Sea.

Three days in my favourite hotel in the world.

Friends from across the province all in one place.

Incredible energy & creative magic.

So much girl power.

Much Prosecco & Truffle Fries.

A well-deserved applause for the custom lobster claw cookies I ordered from the talented Eden of Cutter Perfection Cookie Co. Thank you for helping me make a splash at my booth.

And yes, getting to showcase East Coast Mermaid and my PR & Creative agency in an aquarium I’ve been obsessed with since I was a little girl was simply the best.

Career Milestone. No notes. Still misty eyed.
