A mother-daughter coastal escape to the Algonquin Resort has always been a tradition for us.

Together, we’ve shared some incredible moments inside the walls of the historic hotel, especially on my wedding day.

I’m over the moon to be returning for Mother’s Day weekend with Mama Mermaid!

And because sharing is caring, I thought I’d let you in on a little secret…

This year, there are so many beautiful ways to celebrate Mother’s Day in St. Andrews by the Sea. It’s the most perfect seaside destination for Mom.

Here is a sneak peek:

🫖 Afternoon Tea (May 9): Rhubarb-rose tartlet and jasmine eclairs with lavender cream. Savoury lobster and lemon butter brioche, smoked salmon with dill cream, and sandwiches. Warm milk bread with cultured butter and sea salt. Simply one of the best Afternoon Teas in the province!

🍳 Mother’s Day Brunch (May 10): Seafood, carved ribeye, omelette station and the kind of spread you’ll talk about all year. Brunch at the Algonquin just hits differently.

🌸 Mother’s Day Package: One-night stay, brunch included, late checkout, and thoughtful in-room touches. The perfect getaway with your mother!

Will I see you by the sea on Mother’s day weekend?

PS: The Algonquin Resort has kindly invited me to stay that weekend, however, all opinions are my own and if you’ve been around these waters for awhile, you know the Algonquin is one of my favourite hotels in the world! It’s our home away from home 🫶🏻
