I am so excited to kick off the 12 days of New Brunswick Christmas Giveaways with this female-owned New Brunswick Business run by my long-time friend Ingrid. It’s been many moons since we worked together at Salty’s Restaurant on the waterfront in Halifax, Nova Scotia and I am SO proud to see what she’s created with the NB Box!

What we love about NB Box
My favourite part of this particular giveaway is the freedom to create your own box! I created my NB Custom Box with the theme of ‘East Coast Kitchen’ in mind. I started out with Chicken Bones and specialty fudge because it wouldn’t be an East Coast Christmas in New Brunswick without these seasonal treats in the house.
I wanted to get a mix of things to use for my own kitchen as well as taking some of them out for stocking stuffers for my family. One thing I’m definitely keeping for myself is these Dulse Flakes that will be taking my regular mayo and giving it a coastal twist.
As we’ve gotten settled into our kitchen over the last year, I’ve been constantly blown away by the incredible culinary creations that Dan comes up with, so I made sure to stock up on a few spices for him to try with his next kitchen adventure.
There are so many delicious local products I’m so excited to try with my family in the upcoming year.
