One of the things I love most about living on the East Coast, or more specifically, in the city of Dieppe, is that at any time, I can hop on the highway and be at the beach in under 15 minutes. It makes travelling to the beach effortless and when the opportunity to catch a sunset over the ocean presents itself – the answer is always yes, yes, yes.
This was the case on Friday night and it happened to be one of the most stunning sunsets I’ve ever watched at Parlee Beach.

Lastly, I mentioned when I launched East Coast Mermaid that my plan was to have more videos on the blog this summer. After discovering a really nifty app by Vimeo that makes creating awesome videos easy, I’m totally hooked.
