les mots

when one tugs at a single thing in nature, he finds it attached to the rest of the world

This past weekend kicked off with zero plans. By Sunday night, I’d gone to two opposite ends of the Bay of Fundy, which is why this weekend was awesome.

On one of my adventures, a day trip to beautiful Fundy National Park with my mother, we spotted this quote etched into a railing and it stuck with both of us.

“When one tugs at a single thing in nature, he finds it attached to the rest of the world.”

To me, it’s UNREAL what a day in the wild can do for the soul. It’s rejuvenating, it’s inspiring, it’s calming – even if you’re scaling cliffs and your legs hate you by day’s end.

Summer isn’t over, so dedicate a little time to connecting with nature.

Go hiking.

Swim in the ocean.

Take a canoe out on a lake.

Reap the benefits of it all.

Just be adventurous ✌🏻
