This month’s recipe is SO good and SO easy – it’s no wonder I’ve made it so many times since first discovering it in July. I’m lucky to have a number of friends that are AMAZING cooks. Following their Instagram is better than Pinterest. When I spotted my friend Jamie posting a photo of her delicious salmon dinner with an interesting sauce on the salmon – I was quick to message her: Tell me alllllllll about the sauce!
Lucky for all of you – neither of us are holding out.
Lemon Dill Sauce
- 1/4 cup of light mayonaise
- 1/2 cup of plain non-fat greek yogurt
- 1/8 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp of chopped fresh dill
Mix all of the above in a bowl and BOOM! You’re ready to dip, spread, eat it right off the spoon! Whatever floats your boat! To date, I’ve served it with salmon, chicken, shrimp and used it as a healthier alternative to chip dip. Pro tip: It is to die for with kettle chips.
I can’t wait to hear what you serve it with!
