This month, I’m excited to share my go-to breakfast smoothie that I drink every morning.
Acai Berry Smoothie
This smoothie is SUPER easy to make and keeps well if you want to take it on the go. I make it every morning, pour it into a mason jar and I’m on my way. I later enjoy it at the office over my emails and catching up with the girls.
Bonus? Acai is a power fruit and let me tell you – you will definitely notice a difference in your energy levels from this daily drink.
What You’ll Need:
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 – 1 cup of strawberries
- 1 tsp of acai powder
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 tbsp of coconut flakes
Mix all of the above in your blender and you’re ready to enjoy your smoothie!
